DOLPHIN does complete designing for the production of comprehensive variety of HVAC coils customized to the customer’s unique requirement and to match the intended use from Condenser Coils, Evaporator Coils, Chilled Water Coils in Air-Conditioners for residence, office buildings, high rise apartments, shopping malls, airports, educational institutions, hotels , hospitals and various industries etc.

We manufacture coils with different types of fin and tube materials, designs with various thicknesses. Mostly copper, aluminium fins and pre coated aluminum fins are being used. Copper tubes, aluminum tubes, carbon steel tubes, stainless steel tubes, cupro nickel tubes, aluminium brass tubes etc. are being used to assemble these coils based on their functions and applications.

Brake Liners & Friction Materials

Recognizing the need for superior quality, Dolphin produces Brake Linings from its High efficiency Automatic and Semi Automatic machines to give a thorough and uniform mixing, compression, accuracy and finish to the product. All the machines in the brake lining plant are from Germany, United Kingdom and India.

The plant is the first and only of its kind in the Gulf region offering all kinds of Commercial Vehicles Brake Linings of high quality in Asbestos free material.

Cupro Braze Products

CuproBraze heat exchangers are made using special anneal-resistant alloys of copper and brass. Tubes are fabricated from brass strip and coated with a brazing filler material. The copper fins, coated tubes, headers and sidesupports made of brass are fitted together into a core assembly, which is then brazed in a furnace.
